Additional Info & Guidelines to Ordering

*Can I come to your shop to view and try on?
- Princess Lola is an Online Boutique Only  
 We courier Nationwide to Anywhere in SA.
- If you are unsure about sizing, please add your bra and pants sizes
  (i.e. 34C Bra and Size 34 Pants) in the comments box when placing your order or refer to the "Quick Guide to Sizing" page on the website.
- We try to place as many "Actual Pictures" next to each garment to give you a better
  idea of quality.
- Size charts are also provided on each item to help you choose the correct sizing.

*How Long Until I receive My Order?
- We offer thousands of products so it is impossible to keep all items in stock.
  IN STOCK ITEMS take 3-8 working days to be delivered and PRE ORDER 
  items usually take around 20-25 business days to arrive at
  your door. It is wise to order +-3 weeks prior to your event to ensure that the
 garment arrives on time. If you are in a hurry you may have a look at what is
 "IN STOCK" as these items are available to be sent to you straight away and will reach you much sooner.

- We understand that most clients specially order garments for events which they are
   attending therefore we go out of our way to get your parcel to you in the least
   possible 
amount of time, however if there are delays such as striking, flight delays,
   customs
inspections etc. we trust that you will understand that it is out of our control.
   Refunds 
can not be processed in this event.

How does Payment Work?
- For your convenience we offer an array of different payment methods:
  * Layby
  * Payflex
  * Payfast
  * EFT (Internet Banking)

  * At any FNB ATM that accepts deposits
   (Please add R10 to your order total cover additional costs incurred during
    ATM Deposits)
* Inside any FNB Bank at the Teller
  (Please add R60 to your order total cover additional costs incurred during
    Teller Deposits inside the bank)
* Credit Card

* VERY IMPORTANT: Please Clearly mark payment reference as either the invoice
   number issued to you or as your name and surname. We will not be able to track
  your payment if you do not use the suitable reference and this could result in the
  delay of your order being delivered to you

*Returns & Exchanges:
* You have the right to ask all questions pertaining to the garment or item in question before
   making payment.
* Regret No Refunds, Exchanges are welcome on all other items other than stated below.
* Regret NO Returns or Exchanges on Lingerie, Swimwear, Hair Extensions or Sale Items whatsoever.
* Returns need to be made back to us within 5 days of receipt of the item by you.
   In a sell-able condition, unworn, unwashed & un-perfumed 
* We will issue you with the return address once your exchange has been approved.
* Kindly furnish us with the tracking number as soon as the parcel has been returned to
   us.
* Return cost is for the clients account and delivery fee's are strictly non refundable
* A Surcharge of R70 is to be paid to cover the return courier cost of the exchanged
   item 
back to you.
* This amount as well as the item you wish to exchange will be required upfront
   before we 
can process the exchange for you.

* The Following Items Cannot be Returned to us for Exchange:
   Swimwear, Lingerie, Accessories and Hair Extensions due to Hygienic

   reasons as well as Sale Items and items marked Exotic as there isn't a
   large market for it, resulting in us having difficulty in reselling it again.

* Once you have paid for your order and an item has either been specially ordered
  for you or has 
already been sent to you, no refunds will be made and no cancellations
  will be
accepted.
* We quality check all items before sending them to you but in the unlikely event
   that an item is faulty, we will exchange it for you free of charge for the same item in
   the same 
size.
* Faults need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Delay in reporting a fault
   within this time frame will result in the decline of exchange.

* In the event that you are issued with a store credit, it needs to be used within a
  30 day / 1 month period to avoid the forfeit of the amount due to exchange rates
  that are always changing.


*How Will the Ordered Items Reach Me?
* We will send your parcel directly to your door (home / work) if you live in a main
   city in SA using either Fastway Couriers or Aramex
* Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm only
* Kindly ensure that someone is at the address given to sign receipt of the parcel
* Once issued with the tracking number and information, it will be the clients
   responsibility
 to track their parcel.

 Aftercare of your Garments:
* All items we sell are made from delicate materials.
  Please take special care of your 
garments once you have received them and  take
  special care when washing them.

  Garments are the clients own responsibility once received.

*By making payment on your order, it means that you have read, understood
  and agree with the above mentioned terms and conditions
